Completely fails. Completed training without issue, yet watching Microsoft videos (see link below), I can initiate (launch) Word without issue, but start dictating and either nothing or a number of characters & or mixture of characters & numerals appear (no more than five or six). Speech recognition in my experience has never been great but this is even worse than legacy versions. Given the introduction of Cortana I was hoping for some improvement.
