Hi, I have created a number of pivot tables in Windows for a client who uses a Mac with Excel 2011. The pivot tables are visually similar, but the client isn't able to show more detail by double clicking on one of the items in the 'values column', almost defeating the object of the pivot table itself. I've read that pivot tables may have reduced functionality in Excel for Mac 2011, but would this functionality be improved in Excel 2016 and should I suggest to my client that he trials the 2016 version along side his current version (if this is in fact possible?).
