Please go to Word> About Word to determine the present update level of your Office 2011 installation. It should be at 14.7.7, which is the final update released a few weeks ago. Depending on your version of OS X, run Disk Utility to repair disk permissions, then Restart your Mac after applying any updates. Once your installation is current, (assuming you have not done any extensive Menu modification that needs to be preserved) see if it helps to: • Go into View> Toolbars> Toolbars and Menus • Click on the name of the Menu Bar • Click the Reset button • Click OK to confirm If that doesn't restore the command or if you do have menu customiziation you need to retain, please supply a much additional detail as possible. Confirm your Version as well as your version of OS X in your reply.
