Question Simulators for Macs Simulators. Does anyone know if there is a RC flight sim. That is supported by Mac? Wonder why RealFlight.

Click to expand.only iphone apps need to be accepted by apple, not regular macosx programs of course personally, i tried to install windows xp with bootcamp, parrallels and vmware fusion on a mac and link my dx6i and 7 with the trainer port like i do on a regular pc. It doesnt work! Macs have a stereo high quality audio in and no mono micro input. Mac studio fix fluid review for oily skin. Even when i plug a real mono trainer wire, smartpropoplus/ppjoy detect weird joystick movements and its not useful. Parrallels is also slow and buggy with 3D.

Crash in FMS vmware works, the PPM signal is converted properly, can fly a plane in FMS, but there is a 5s lag between you push the stick and it gets to the plane (its a *fast* mac so its a latency issue or bug in sound input conversion idk. Theres no video lag of course) so its not really good:boggled. I use a Macintosh computer and a Turnigy 9x radio with AeroFly Professional Deluxe 2 (Platinum) from Ikarus Software along with the Ikarus Wireless Converter hardware. Found both parts on eBay. Not cheap by any means, but it works perfectly as a RC simulator using my regular radio and receiver without the need for a wire tether from the radio to the computer.

There are lots of planes and flying fields to choose from, though no planes like our parkjets. Windows version available too and with the wireless converter, it doesn't matter what kind of radio you use.

It just works.
