Hello, I have Outlook 2016 for Mac setup with an Exchange account and it is deleting emails after a certain number of days. Last week I noticed that I could only go back to emails from October 24th, now today I notice I can only go back to emails on October 30th. I don't have any filters on the 'Filter Email' button. Also, I have Parallels VM setup with Outlook for Windows, and I can access emails from the day I started the email account.

Right now, I have to go to my VM to look up emails past 3 weeks, which is really annoying. Thanks for any help! Hi Shane_270, Thanks for your post.
