We are fully a 'Microsoft Online' shop: Office 365, Skype for Business online, SharePoint online, Azure AD, etc. Here is what I am trying to do: • I created some call queues and auto attendants. • For the voicemail part of the call queues, I created Office 365 user accounts: E5 with 'domestic calling plans' • I would like to set the user accounts to go straight to voicemail, without any greetings. • I would like to not have log in as each user, and set it up through the Skype app.
• Bonus 1: I am creating FLOWS for each of the user accounts to forward the voicemails to shared mailboxes for each department.
